Dallas-based. Our service area is Dallas, Plano, Irving, Terrell, Kaufman County, and Rockwall. Every city gets all three: commercial concrete, apartment and HOA concrete, and driveways.
Our service area runs from Irving and Dallas north to Plano and east through Rockwall, Terrell and Kaufman County.
We also work in nearby towns like Forney, Crandall, Heath, Fate and Royse City when the job is close to our main area. If you're not sure whether we come to you, call or text 469-237-8862 with the address.
Soil and traffic change a lot across this area. Dallas, Irving and Plano have older lots and neighborhoods where the concrete is reaching the end of its life. Out east in Rockwall, Terrell and Kaufman County, a lot of the concrete is newer but sits on heavy clay that moves hard between wet and dry seasons. We look at what's under the slab before we price it, wherever the job is.
Commercial:parking lots, slabs, seal coating, curbs, sidewalks, ADA ramps, dumpster pads.
Multifamily and HOA:trip hazards, parking, breezeways, pool decks.
Driveways:new, replacement, repair, extensions, patios and walkways.

Almost everywhere we work sits on Blackland Prairie clay, so the basic problem is the same: ground that swells and shrinks under the concrete. What changes from city to city is the kind of property. Dallas and Irving have more older apartment communities and warehouses. Plano has a lot of 30- to 40-year-old driveways and HOAs. Rockwall and Kaufman County have newer neighborhoods where fill dirt is settling, plus rural driveways. Terrell has highway retail and industrial slabs. Each city page goes into local conditions.
